Our extensive breakfast buffet is available to you daily.
Available from 7:30 to 9:30 am in the restaurant on the ground floor.
If you are departing before breakfast, please inform us in good time – you are welcome to put together a packed lunch from the buffet the day before and store it in the guest refrigerator.

Nighttime rest:
Out of consideration for other guests, we kindly ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration.
Smoke:
Please note that all rooms and public areas of our hotel are non-smoking. Should you smoke in your room, we reserve the right to charge a cleaning fee of €100. Thank you for your understanding.
House rules
During the winter months, we serve dinner between 6:00 PM and 7:30 PM . Please note that our restaurant closes at 11:00 PM . We take one day off per week – you will be informed of the exact day upon your arrival.
As a small family-run business, we always strive to provide all services as promised. However, should changes occur due to illness and half-board exceptionally be omitted, you will of course receive a corresponding refund on site.

Check-in / Check-out
On your departure day, we kindly ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 a.m. at the latest. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us by prior arrangement.

Please settle your bill no later than the day before your departure, either in cash or by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Alternatively, a bank transfer is also possible – please ask for our bank details. For bank transfers, please ensure timely processing so that the amount arrives in our account before your departure.

On the ground floor, you will find a drinks fridge available 24/7, as well as coffee and tea making facilities. Please note down any drinks consumed on the provided list . These will be billed together with your room bill. A price list is also available.

Skis and ski boots
Please store your skis and ski boots exclusively in the designated ski room. We also kindly ask you not to wear ski boots in your rooms.
During the summer months, the ski room can also be used to dry hiking and motorcycle clothing.

Please remember to activate your guest card and mobility ticket. Should you require any assistance, please let us know – we are happy to help.

The ski bus stop is right outside our front door.
The next valley station, Grafenberg, is just one exit point away.
Use of the room safe is free of charge. To program your personal code (4–6 digits), press the button on the door hinge, enter your code, and confirm with the A button. To close, turn the knob counterclockwise. To open, enter your code again and confirm with the OK button.

Room cleaning
Rooms are cleaned six times a week. Under the motto "Think Green," you can opt out of cleaning if you wish – please use the corresponding door sign to indicate this.
