What are the arrival and departure times (check-in & check-out)?
check in : from 2 p.m .; If you arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know. If you have booked half board and your arrival is later than 8:00 p.m., we ask you to eat on the way, dinner will of course be deducted from your bill. Late arrivals are only possible after prior agreement!
check out: we ask you to vacate the rooms by 10 a.m. at the latest

 

Are pets allowed in the Steinerwirt?
No, pets are generally not allowed in our house

Is the restaurant open to the public and what are the opening hours?
We ask our hotel guests to come to their table between 6 p.m. and 7.30 p.m. Our restaurant is not an a la carte restaurant. Guests from outside can book our half-board menu by prior reservation - more information and prices are available by e-mail.

 

Is there WiFi in the house?
Yes, a free WiFi network is available to our guests

 

Is there a hotel parking lot?
You can park your car free of charge at the public car park in Wagrain (within a 2-minute walk) - in winter there are reserved spaces available. You can load and unload your car on arrival or departure directly in front of our house

 

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
No, we kindly ask our smokers to only smoke outdoors.

 

How can I pay?
You can pay for your stay in cash on site (you will find 2 banks with ATMs directly opposite). Of course you can also make a bank transfer - just ask for our bank details

 

What are the cancellation conditions for hotel bookings?
Unless otherwise agreed, the Austrian hotel contract terms generally apply in our house!
